EQUISSOLIS Vodka is elaborated with organic winter wheat. The wheat mash is five times distilled using a column distillation process which reveals the wheat’s character. It is used only the purest Springwater, totally neutral, crystal clear and transparent in order to assure the delicacy of this Vodka. Its delicacy and freshness emphasize its origin with notes of wheat grain combined with a touch of peppery lemon scent. After a delicate and smooth approach on the palate, its roundness combined with its contained strength, unveils its purity and origin. Spicy, subdued notes of citrus fruit peel and flower prolongate this tasting. Each harvest is put on the market the following spring, in a limited number of numbered bottles.
