Ginger Ale was derived from Ginger Beer and popularized in the early twentieth century. It can be served pure or used as a mixer to make cocktails, also being commonly used to combat stomach aches and nausea. Fentimans produces a Ginger Ale with a distinctive but light ginger taste with the addition of orange and herbal infusions of Galangal and cinnamon, giving this Ginger Ale a fullness of flavour.
